To register for a class with the Professional Learning Network, please submit the following form. You can also print this page and fax the completed form to (517)780-3829. Payment will be due on the day of class in the form of a check made payable to the class host.

Professional Learning Network (PLN) has an open enrollment policy. Classes listed are open to the public. The tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment. An application fee of not more than $25.00 shall be retained by the school if the application is denied. All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3 business days after signing a contract with the school. All refunds shall be returned within 30 business days.
