Real Estate Law I & II

Real Estate Law I is a beginning course that focuses on the principles of real estate law. The Law I course is designed to acquaint professionals in the real estate field (licensees, attorneys and employees of banks, title companies, etc.) with basic real estate law and to provide a foundation for the more advanced concepts and material contained in the Real Estate Law II course. Real Estate Law II is a more advanced course in real estate principles and practice than Real Estate Law I, however, it is not a prerequisite for the Law I course.
